Qualification
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Execute sales and marketing program including the development of prospective client base.
-
Develop a thorough understanding of Kooler products and services and sell these to a portfolio of existing and qualified clients.
-
Sales of the full ranges of Kooler products and services.
-
The capacity to visit regularly, present and, persuade targeted accounts and projects.
-
To ensure maximum exposure of Kooler products to targeted customers through sales and product presentation.
-
Graduate of four (4) year business course or equivalent
-
1-2 years sales or related field
FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Qualification & Location
-
Fieldwork in Northern Mindanao Area
-
Preferably residing in Cagayan De Oro City
-
Fieldwork in Panay Island Area
-
Preferably residing in Iloilo City
-
Preferably residing in Davao City
-
Must be a Graduate of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning or has earned equivalent 2 years Engineering course
-
Must have at least 1 year working experience as Aircon/ Refrigeration Technician
-
Must know how to speak basic English, Filipino and other dialects
-
Willing to do field work
-
Can start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Attends to all service calls promptly and repairs/troubleshoots all the Company’s defective machines on location.
-
Conducts regular inspection and maintenance work on all machines located in his assigned area of responsibility.
-
Recommends the pull-out of units which require shop repair.
-
Assists in the delivery and/or pull-out of machines whenever necessary.
-
Communicates to immediate superior any problem encountered in the execution of duty and suggest possible solution that may be thought of.
-
Accomplishes and submits daily itinerary and daily performance report (DPR) with supporting service reports.
-
Practices good housekeeping procedures daily on tools, equipment, and devices.
-
Observes Company policies, safety rules, proper work ethics and behavior at all times.
-
Conducts himself as a responsible, courteous professional in his dealings with the Company’s customers promoting at all times the goodwill and reputation of his company.
-
Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder

Calls on prospective customers to promote and to sell Company’s various products.

Prepares monthly sales plan and daily itinerary.

Prepares weekly reports on sales accomplishments and other related matters.

Gathers vital information on new accounts concerning water supply and quality, corporate information, authorized signatories, nature of business, bank and other references, and electric supply and voltages.

Conducts initial credit investigation on prospective clients.

Submits quotations and proposals to clients; pick up duly approved contracts.
